Substitution Policy:
None of the photos on the website constitute a catalogue of items available from Old Fashioned Flowers. We make each order up individually depending on the stock in the store at the time, and the request of the customer.
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. Scented flowers, and in some wards, cut flowers of any type, are not welcome in most hospitals. We may make substitutions of plants in keeping with hospital policies.
Should substitutions be necessary, items of a similar value will be used. In some cases, flowers of a specific colour may not be available, and we will substitute another colour of the same flower (e.g. roses or lilies). This applies to flowers, containers, plants and gourmet items.
Gourmet Gift Baskets and Alcohol:
We can provide alcohol for any Gourmet Gift Basket. We charge the cost of the item from the BC Liquor Stores and then add on a $15 pick up fee. This is in accordance to the BC Liquor Control Act. We will not deliver alcohol to anyone who is under the age of 21.

Placing an Order – When you place an order, we require you to provide us with personal contact and billing information, including your address and telephone number. We use this information to give you a customized experience and to process your orders.
When you place an order, your information is entered into our secure database for future orders. If the order is for a recurring event e.g. birthday, a reminder will be entered into our system to generate an automated email for subsequent years.
The recipient phone number is used for delivery purposes. To maintain our high quality standards, we will occasionally contact the recipient to ensure the satisfaction with their gift.
